Quote for wall washing hallways at three locations for Ogden Realty. Before I submit the quote my question is are you going to paint after the washing or do you just want the walls cleaned? The reason is they are presently painted with flat paint and will be hard to clean opposing the walls being painted with semigloss very easy to wash and very easy to clean. Let me know what you want the end results to be. This job will be time and material, we (Efficient Cleaning Services) will supply all products and equipment to do the job from start to finish. The stairs banister and railing have a buildup of hand grease and dirt that will have to be meticulously cleaned between the pole railing. Reply back and let me know exactly what you want.

We have a base rate of six hours, that's the amount of time for you to see real results and make a decision on our credibility and the size of the job and the time it may take to complete the project!

We ( Efficient Cleaning Services) will supply all products and equipment to do the job from start to finish, We chronicle our work with before and after pictures.

Hourly rate a two-man crew at $250.00 per hour and a three-man crew at $375.00 per hour.

Please have all food put away and containers closed. We don't want to contaminate anything in your kitchen area.

If you decide to move forward with our services, I will send you a Paypal link for you to make the deposit. There will be a 5% processing fee. This will confirm our agreement.
